Job description:
- Approval of customer credit limits and terms.
- High volume telephone collections to ensure payments received within terms.
- Issuing of standard reminders.
- Daily reporting of statistics.
- Regular contact with Sales to resolve client issues/maintain relationships while minimizing risk.
- Ensuring correspondence, payment arrangements and pre-legal action are all actioned in accordance with documented procedures.
