Role Overview
The Energy Efficiency & Climate Change Team (EECC) formulates the oganisation's strategy in the field of energy efficiency and co-ordinates its implementation across all banking teams. In addition, the team originates and develops all projects that reduce energy consumption in the public sector, district heating networks, as well as industry either through direct financing or third party financing. It also supports other banking teams in all projects in energy-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
Provide secretarial and administrative support to three/four bankers, including:
*Keeping the diaries; arranging internal and external meetings/seminars; receiving visitors and notifying Security.
*Making travel arrangements and hotel reservations; arranging visas as required.
*Dealing with expense records and maintaining an expense file.
*Audio or copy typing of reports, letters and memoranda. Photocopying.
*Liaising with Bankers/Team while Bankers are traveling.
*Drafting routine business correspondence for manager's signature as required.
*Maintaining the filing system to ensure instant retrieval of up-to-date information.
*Where possible responding to and dealing independently with external queries.
*Screening and sorting of mail in order of priority for Bankers.
*Preparing and organizing required material for internal and external meetings.
*Screening of telephone calls, taking message and passing on as appropriate.
*Ordering & maintaining Team's stationery requirements.
*Updating and maintaining Team's databases in collaboration with bankers.
*Additional ad hoc tasks as and when required.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications
*Fluent English, both written and spoken.
*Knowledge of another European language would be useful.
*55 wpm typing.
*Computer literate: Windows XP: Outlook, Word and Excel, Powerpoint.
*Excellent organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative.
*Ability to prioritise.
*Good communication skills, including pleasant and efficient telephone manner.
*Attention to detail and an eye for accuracy.
