GLOBAL CLINICAL TRIAL MANAGER ONCOLOGY

The main duties and responsibilities of the successful individual will include:

• Taking responsibility for the planning, implementation, conduct, management and close out of a clinical trial within assigned countries.
• Managing, guiding and directing the Trial team in order to ensure the smooth running of the clinical project and its delivery on time within a given budget.
• Guaranteeing a high level of quality throughout all dimensions of clinical studies
• Managing and executing regional operations together with managing and mentoring the operations team consisting of internal personnel and external Resources
• Provide and maintain strong dimension of clinical expertise and knowledge
• Coordinating, Negotiating and Leading vendors and outsourced activities and personnel

This position would best suit someone with:

• 5 years experience within biotech or pharmaceutical industry
• Preferably previous years of site monitoring experience and 2 years of international project management
• Strong knowledge of regulations GCP/ICH plus relevant clinical requirements
• Fluency in English
• Problem solving approach with a proven ability to identify & resolve complex clinical trial issues and challenges
• Organisational skills, Excellent Computer skills
