CCNP ? CCIE Network Engineer with the following skills

Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for their customers.
Providing advanced technical support of customer network solutions.
Introducing state-of-the-art technologies and specialised customer network solutions into the operational environment .
Providing internal groups and customers with subject matter expertise .
The Individual:

Proven experience in IP-based network technologies and services

Advanced understanding of complex WAN/LAN architectures
Thorough understanding of Wireless LANs, VOIP, Voice and/or VPN concepts

Background in performing last resort technical support
English and German skills to business level
A background in performing a similar support role and the ability to work flexible hours as required
