French + Italian Customer Service Specialist

As Translation and Marketing Assistant for the Czech Republic you will be responsible for translating web content and advertising creative for the Czech market will provide general marketing support to the Czech customer acquisition team and will coordinate the implementation of the customer acquisition campaigns. You will assist the channel managers in their efforts to grow the main Czech Customer Acquisition Channels. Main responsibilities: •Translate web content and advertisements and marketing campaigns from English to Czech (copy images etc.) •Provide marketing support to the different channel managers in the Czech team •Set up campaign materials and coordinate all trafficking and testing of creative with external partners •Follow and implement the company’s best practices and procedures •Act as liaison between the Czech channel managers and our in-house creative team •Run reports on request and assist in the optimization of campaigns •Provide overall administrative support to the marketing team •Maintain and develop effective relationships with external advertising partners
