Full Time Letting Negotiator

01 Property Letting are an innovative new letting agents who are looking to recruit a full time lettings negotiator. Working from our Kemp Town office your responsibilities will include:-

- accompanying applicants on viewings
- negotiating offers between applicants and landlords
- progressing move-ins and referencing
- assisting in the ongoing management of properties and general office duties

The ideal candidate must above all else be enthusiastic and have an interest in property. You will also be computer literate with a full driving licence. You must be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner. An eye for detail along with good spelling and grammar are also essential. Some sales experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
