Company: Our client is a global company with 14 locations across the world that has been providing high quality IT services to their global client base for more than 25 years. Their core business consist in supporting high-tech companies in the IT, ISP & software markets to stream line their processes and service offerings. They set up their EMEA headquarter in Belgium.

Role: As a member of their global network monitoring team you will work on a dedicated project administrating and monitoring a global network supporting users around the clock and across the world. This position will involve application support too (about 30% of the time) on more than 200 applications (proprietary and commercial). This is a challenging and varied role that will see you get a real cross-continental IT experience involving your network expertise and customer support skills.

Skills: To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 2-3 years experience in network support (Win OS, Win 2000/2003, Unix-Linux) with excellent phone manners and good communication skills. Experience in bilingual IT support (Dutch/English) and application support acquired in an international environment is an advantage. Only native fluent in Dutch with fluent English will be considered.
