In the development of our activities we are looking for new people to join our new team:

Purpose:
To be directly responsible for the product development team.
Job description:
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- manage, support, challenge the product development team / Permanent staff + temporary staff = 10 to 20 people
- elaborate a product strategy : themes, prices, margin, number of partners
- respect the budget and the deadlines
- organize and supervise each step of the product development process
• follow-up and management of the contracting team
• identify and contract with external suppliers: graphic designers, copywriters/proofreaders, and photographers
• check the content of the guidebooks and give a final approval : texts, pictures, corporate pages
• send the files to the printer on time
• follow up the printing and logistic issues with the HQ
- guarantee a good administrative back office after a product development session
• Constitute and follow-up on the needed information from the partners : contracts, addendum, insurances, etc
• Participate to the partners reimbursement process
- make sure that we keep a close relationship with our partners
• Partners hotline : guarantee that we give the perfect answers to the partners concerning our partnership ( payment, contract…) , by phone , mail or email.
• Set up a communication plan to have a constant relationship with our partners : newsletters, mails, tradeshows, videos, conferences, exhibitions, etc.
- guarantee that all our partners understand our process in order to satisfy the clients
• Blind test before peak seasons
• Surveys and testimonials from partners
- Based on facts& analysis, suggest new ideas to improve our product
• Conduct missions and projects including return on investment analysis, feasibility studies, the set up and management of the so-called projects
• Conduct market studies in order to determine future requirements for future products
• Brainstorming on new ways of improving the products

Reporting : The Product Development Manager will report directly to the International product development manager based in the Headquarters in France.

Skills and experience required :
- relevant degree
- suitable commercial & management qualifications
- previous experience in management and product development
- fluent communication in English and Korean

Location:
The product development mission is based in Seoul.

Salary:
Subject to candidate’s skills and experience.
