Administrative Assistant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Provide phone coverage, type correspondence, memos and proposals, compose routine letters from notes, and fax
• Schedule and organize appointments with prospective clients
• Provide current and potential clients with service agreements and marketing material
• Organize and maintain copies of correspondence and contracts for general office file system
• Coordinate the distribution of mail and client deliveries
• QA/QC all outgoing correspondence
• Maintain/order supplies.
• Work with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and PowerPoint
Administrative Assistant Qualifications include:
• 2 - 5 years of Administrative Sales support experience required.
• Sales ability required. Inside Sales experience preferred.
• Must be customer service driven, have the ability to handle multiple tasks and possess excellent organization and communication skills.
• Professionalism and confidentiality is a must.
• Proficiency and knowledge of MS Office applications is required, specifically MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
