Czech/Slovak speaking Customer Care Representative

Languages required: Fluent Czech & Slovak, advanced English

Working in a team within a customer service environment for a prestigious multinational company, you would be responsible for the resolution of incoming contacts from our client’s customers and dealers.

The ideal candidate must be customer focused with an eye for detail and an ability to work on their own initiative to resolve the queries raised in line with our client’s policies. Not only will you be dealing with issues on the telephone from Czech & Slovak speaking customers you will also be responding to Czech & Slovak correspondence in the forms of letters, emails and faxes.

The ideal candidate must also have a working knowledge of Microsoft packages, be very customer focused, be able to work under pressure and have a creative flair for problem solving.
