Our client, a subsidiary of a global organisation has an exciting opportunity for a multilingual individual with outstanding client services skills and experience in the life insurance business !

Client Services Administrator French/Dutch/English (ref 0812-15LL)

In this role, you will be the main contact for brokers, sales team, internal services and clients and ensure they receive the best high level service. You will :

answer queries and/or forward questions to specialist in-house
send information package and other administrative documents
issue the brokers agreement and follow up trail commission agreement
assist the external sales consultants
coordinate seminars and sales meetings
update databases
administrative tasks

Your profile:
1-2 years experience in the life insurance industry
outstanding organisation and communication skills
French, Dutch and English spoken and written with Dutch or French mother tongue level
service and quality driven with excellent client services skills
PC literate
