Our client is an international and dynamic multinational company, looking for a strong Administration Support for there Technical team.

The Administration Support is accountable for the provision of efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Technical Team and to maintain and enhance our client\'s reputation acting as a focal point for contact.

Job Profile

Provide administration support including: agenda management, answering incoming phone calls, sorting and distributing mail, organising meetings and conferences, handling correspondence.
Follow up with project leads for administrative information.
Maintain the team\'s administrative records.
Update the team\'s documentation and procedures.
Maintain team meeting agenda and minutes.
Make suggestions for improvements in the process.
Ensure the team\'s documentation is complete and up to date.
Create reports on the team\'s performance.
Prepare documents in MS Office as requested such as PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets and/or Word documents.

Candidate Profile

Fluency in English (both verbal and written), Dutch is an advantage.
Secondary school certificate or equivalent.
3-4 years experience in a similar team assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a IT environment.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel
Strong personality with excellent communication and people skills (both written and oral).
Confident and a mature approach to work.
Be able to meet tight deadlines
Team player.
