MANAGER OPERATIONS

- Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering - 5+ years experience in managing a manufactcturing facility, Automotive experience preferred. Financuially aware. Other Skills: Lean Manufacturing Skills/ Techniques Excellent problem solving skills Proven ability to work on own initiative, to be self-motivating Prioritisation and organisational skills Good financial knowledge & understanding of financial practices Proven track record of achieving dramatic performance improvements Health & Safety law & systems Fluent English and Dutch
