Business Project Manager would need to have an - Understanding of how to create win-win situations in a multi-vendor and multi-BU environment

- Broad understanding of best practice in the area of Project Management
- Deep practical understanding and use of project management tools, standards, and processes
- Broad understanding of the banking sector and current trends
- Organisational sensitivity

in addition the Business Project Manager would need.... Experience in the banking and or financial services sectors

- Substantial project management experience
- Experience leading and working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures
- Experience in working with internal and external subcontractors

IT Skills

- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Lotus Notes, as with project planning and Project Portfolio tools.

- Competent in the use of IT tools and applications relevant to the job
- Knowledge of Development methods (DSDM) and Quality Systems (on CMM level 2+)
