Description Meghen Group Services are currently recruiting Benelux speakers with customer service focus and flexibility in working hours looking for career in a prestigious company, such as our client. The companyôs Maastricht branch is the central point of contact for Western Europe, taking care of the needs of current and prospective customers. Our company has a rich cultural environment as there are over 40 nationalities represented and more than 600 employees. Department description: Customers experiencing problems with the product can contact the Service 24h department for assistance 365 days per year, 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Working hours: 35 hours per week, Dayshifts or in a 3-3-3 shift pattern (3 days early shift, 3 days late/night shift, 3 days off) Your Responsibilities as Customer Service Representative will include: ô Answering incoming calls from customers requiring assistance. ô Details are collated and entered into a computerised system. In case the problem canôt be solved by telephone, the employee contacts the nearest dealer who will send out a technician. ô Requirements: ô Higher vocational education ô Mother tongue French and Dutch Fluency in English (corporate language) ô Good written and verbal skills ô Advanced negotiation skills ô Computer literacy ô Knowledge of German geography and culture ô Experience in customer care ô Good understanding of customer satisfaction ô Team player ô Open-minded to a diversity of cultures. ô Ability to prioritize, analyze, plan and coordinate on high volumes Some of our working terms and conditions ô ô 1535 per month ô Shift allowance (based on actual worked shift based hours) ô Extensive relocation package If you are interested in the role, email your CV in English as a Word doc to [Email caché] or call Milena @ 1894 3008
