Objective: Professional and service-minded contact to internal and external customers. Answer frequently asked questions and provide information to allow efficient and smooth business operations. Tasks & duties: » Requesting documents from internal or external customers » Review of documents if correct and complete » Clearance of customers within RSP » Handling of document returns (such as incomplete or non-valid documents) » Credit items to customers » Archiving customer related documents » Electronic (digital) customer file » Provide NIF-numbers per customer & serviced country » Open, sort and distribute incoming mail » Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and service minded manner » Answer FAQ on telephone and e-mail with reference to NE and NIP product to internal and external customers » Strictly follow Policy & Procedure Manual » Identify and report deviations Policy & Procedure Manual to Line Manager » Any other task and duty within as agreed with Line Manager. » ?
