Ethiopian housemaid

Me and my wife would like to find a live in housemaid here in Qatar. We have a 8 year old daughter at home. We are a Western family, I am American and my wife is German. We need someone who can start as soon as possible. We would like to have an Ethiopian if possible because we feel that she would fit better with my family. My daughter is mixed race.
