Norwegian Customer Service Representative

Working in Liverpool city centre offices this is a super opportunity for a customer focused native/fluent Norwegian speaker. Demonstrating a confident and professional telephone manner you will be receiving and actioning inbound forms of communication from customers of the airline wishing to book flights through company database. In addition you will also be responsible for dealing with any general queries by email. Possessing good customer service skills along with strong written and spoken Norwegian language skills you will be confident communicator. The offices are open between 7am and 7pm and there are both full and part time roles available. The roles, initially, are temporary but may well go permanent.
