SOFTWARE LICENSE AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

This major company has a contract requirement for a Software License & Process Improvement Analyst.
You will be required to support the implementation of the new software management process, working with existing project members, the role will require you to implement process improvements and build on existing work.
You will also be responsible for software reporting, running SMS reports, you must have good experience in MS Excel to report findings.
Project remedy support is also a requirement of the role, this company is upgrading its service desk tool, supporting remedy project members with testing and quantifying the results into reports is also a requirement.
All candidates require experience in Microsoft software licensing experience, good MS excel skills as well as experience in process implementation and improvement.
Good analytical experience is also needed as well as strong reporting experience.
