Software License and Process improvement analyst

Pre-Requisites

a) Some Microsoft software licensing experience.
b) Good MS Excel skills
c) Good communication skills
d) A willingness to take on varied activities.
e) Experience in process implementation / improvement.
f) Previous experience working for a global company.
g) Analytical skills - Reporting

Key Rleationships

· Working closely with international colleagues from I.T
· Working with Project team members globally.

Accountabilities

1. Software compliance process - The role will be expected to support the implementation of the new software management process. By working with existing project members the role will be required to implement process improvements and build on existing work.

2. Software reporting - The role will be expected to run SMS reports and have good MS Excel experience to manipulate and report on the findings. These reports will support the activity detailed above.

3. Project Remedy support - upgrading their service desk tool from Version 5 to Version 7 in January 2009. During the closing stages of the project there will be significant admin based activities which will require action in order to deliver this project successfully.

4. Testing: Supporting Remedy project members with testing and quantifying the results into reports.

5. Post go live: There will be significant activity to address issues which are raised following the Remedy implementation. These issues need to be validated, categorised and resolved; this will require a level of co-ordination and communication
