Technical Desktop Support Analyst - Aberdeen - Competitive Salary and Excellent Benefits

Working as a Technical Desktop Support Analyst you will assume a large degree of responsibility for working to your own initiative, taking a proactive approach to support across all areas of desktop computers, applications and associated technology. You should be able to demonstrate complete competency with;
Windows OS (XP)
Windows Servers
MS Exchange
Active Directory
WAN/LAN
Lotus Notes
DCHP
DNS & a Networking Background

Furthermore you should have commercial experience with reporting within an enterprise environment, ability to effectively liaise with all levels of personnel, create efficient technical documentation, and meet tight deadlines.

You should have a strong background in customer service and ideally come from a reputable customer focused environment. MS Certification would be beneficial and flexible working arrangements with strong development opportunities are on offer.
