An industry leading company, recognized as one of the best employers in the UK, is currently looking to recruit a number of Data Analysts to work within their expanding team.

The job holder will deliver in-depth analysis to reduce risk exposure and support the long term profitability of the company; therefore, successful candidates will have strong analytical skills, be highly numerate and have a background in insurance or financial services.

Primary Responsibilities:
*Support the development and maintenance of the ratings structure across the department
*Ensure the ratings structure is being correctly applied and any gaps highlighted and actioned
*Support and monitor the company's risk strategy
*Build and maintain planning models

Requirements:
*A Degree in a numerate Discipline (eg. Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics etc)
*Experience with Data Manipulation and Analysis tools, ideally SAS, Business Objects or Rate Assessor
*Advanced Excel skills
*Strong Data Analysis experience, ideally within insurance or financial services
*Pricing, underwriting, risk or insurance knowledge or experience
*Strong interpersonal and team-working skills
*Strong commercial awareness

The role is based in East Anglia in a commutable position from Norwich, Lowestoft, Newmarket, Chelmsford and potentially North East / East London.
