Treasury Manager – Isle of Man – Offshore Accounting Job

This international hotel & hospitality group seeks a skilled and experienced Treasury Manager for their Isle of Man head office. This senior offshore accounting job offers a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious Treasury Manager who is determined to have an impact.

The Treasury Manager is responsible for the day-to-day requirements and long-term planning of the corporate treasury department. You core duties will revolve around overseeing the treasury department, including wire transfer activity, letter of credit issuances, month-end treasury reporting, etc. You will be asked to develop and manage an automated daily corporate cash reporting and management tool and evolve and monitor an enhanced investment policy (within the confines of existing debt agreements), including a monthly performance report and compliance with debt agreements. You will have overall responsibility for managing the company’s relations with banks. You can expect to have to facilitate any property banking needs as respects the corporate banking relationships, including establishing new users, procuring corporate signatures and coordinating minimum quarterly product and service updates between the bank and the property. You will be asked to provided full reporting to the board on debt compliance, corporate debt and also prepare monthly reports for the benefit of the company s lenders. Finally alongside board members you will assist in all debt and equity raising activities, including legal and lender due diligence needs and auditor comfort letter needs.

To be considered you must be suitably qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) with extensive Treasury experience. It would be beneficial, although not essential, that you have previously worked in a similar role in the hospitality industry. However it is merely enough that the majority of your Treasury experience has been with a multinational company, trading and operating in many jurisdictions.
