Trainee or Experienced Head Hunter

Jordan Sheppard is a global headhunting consultancy, supplying high-level personnel to worldwide and recognised companies. Due to expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for 3 Trainee or experienced Head Hunting Consultants to join their multinational team in their prestigious new head office in Wilmslow. For two of these positions the ideal person will have the ability to communicate fluently in Arabic or Portuguese. For the third position any additional language skills would be an asset but not necessary.

As Trainee or Experienced Head Hunter your main responsibilities will involve:
· Using job specifications as a bench marking for assessing candidates and as a guide for search work.
· Conduct telephone and Internet based research to identify suitable market leading candidates.
· Approach target candidates by telephone and in confidence.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure future or repeat business.
· Review applications, manage interviews and consider candidates for short listing.
· Plan and organise workloads in order to meet project deadlines.
· Be proactive in finding new leads for future business.

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
· Degree educated or equivalent
· Telesales or sales experience essential
· Time management
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
· Some recruitment experience an advantage
· Fluent in Arabic or Portuguese essential for two of the positions
· Additional language skills an asset
· Fluent in English
