CAD Technican- Stockport £156 a day- Public sector

My public sector client is looking for an experienced CAD technican. With experience on

*CAD knowledge of building regulations and planning processes
*Experience of liasing and negotiating building control and planning
*You must have a good educational background and be able to use Autocad 2004 or later release
*An understanding of record drawings i.e. as-built, sections, elevations, mechanical and electrical drawings

Your job role will be to:

To prepare plans for acquisitions/disposals, leases etc using AutoCad and GIS software liaising with the staff as appropriate.

To prepare plans/data in relation to floor area (GIA & NIA) for incorporation into the Corporate Property Database.

My client wants Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 2D CAD (or equivalent) Use of AutoCAD with post qualification experience.

IT WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE FOR CANDIDATES TO HAVE WORKED IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR BEFORE.
