You must be a qualified nurse as you will deal with patients enquiries. You will be primarily taking calls and answering emails from German speaking customers so you will need an exceptional standard of written and spoken German.

The hours of work are 8.00 am to 8.00 pm (shift work), Monday to Friday.

Previous experience of working in a busy call centre would be highly desirable.

You may have experience in the following roles: Customer Service Agent, Call Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Call Centre Representative, Contact Centre Representative, Contact Centre Executive, Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor.
