DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE - CENTRAL LONDON - 18,000+ BASIC + UNCAPPED COMMISSION (OTE 35k+)

specialist business-to-business information provider, a mixed-media publishing and events company serving the Private Wealth Management and Healthcare markets. in London and New York.

We are now looking for a strong communicator with the hunger to earn excellent
commission to join our already successful Delegate Sales Team within our
London based office. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining
relationships with senior executives and for actively recruiting delegates to attend
our private global meetings. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication
skills (both verbal and written), be comfortable to engage at CEO and MD level, be
highly driven and able to meet required deadlines and sales targets. You should have
proven telesales experience and have demonstrated experience in achieving (or
exceeding) sales goals/quotas.

In addition, candidates must also be able to:
• Communicate the value proposition of attending our events to senior
executives over the phone
• Communicate industry trends and conference agendas that resonate with the
needs of the targeted industry
• Build long-term relationships at senior level
• Work closely with the conference department and the existing team to ensure
event success
• Use strong interpersonal skills in building relationships and effectively dealing
with existing and new clients
• Interact with prospects over the phone in an engaging, professional and
knowledgeable manner
• Prospect new business through cold calls; developing new leads; and
capitalise on lead generation efforts
• Hit the ground running with minimal supervision. This is a position for self motivated,
