We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join as as Office Administrator:

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
• Updating company database with Candidate CVs and information
• Assist with candidate attraction, placing adverts and dealing with responses to those via email letter and telephone
• Sending of letters to potential recruits to confirm interview, appointment of employment or feedback
• Meeting and greeting visitors
• In and outbound call handling
• Managing meeting room facilities and bookings (including arranging lunch and refreshments)
• Monitor stationery and paper stock, place orders when necessary
• Report collating
• Any other duties as required
• Providing general Admin support to the Managing Director.
