Swiss Telephone Interviewers

Ugam Research Solutions are recruiting Swiss German, Swiss French and Belgian interviewers for their call centre based in Waterloo.
Applicants must have the ability to speak, read and write English and the above languages at native level.
The work will be for an ongoing consumer study starting in September 2008
Successful applicants need to be highly reliable.
Previous experience preferred but not essential as full training would be given.
You would work as part of a dynamic, professional team dedicated to providing the highest level of quality service and data reporting to clients.
The work is hourly paid and will be on a part-time basis

No selling is involved.

Suitable applicants will have

• An excellent telephone manner
• The ability to communicate with confidence at all levels
• Some computer literacy is preferred
