Business Process Consultants,Analysts required to drive significant change to business processes for a UK household name and iconic organisation; identifying opportunities from innovations in current & emerging industry best practice (or better exploitation of existing technology capabilities) and facilitating agreement of benefits & business adoption. Accountable for working closely with the Business Partner and business users to identify, launch and embed improved business processes that exploit new or existing technology capabilities. Experience of process improvement and consultancy skills and excellent communications, leadership & team facilitation skills to challenge conventional thinking and encourage business managers to identify and adopt process improvements will be essential. In return you will play a pivotal role in driving significant change in an organisation investing over £500M in this IT transformation.
