Recruitment procedure:
• 1st stage: online test
• 2nd stage online language test
• 3rd telephone interview

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls in an efficient and friendly manner
• When required, handling customer requests in written form
• Identifying, diagnose, and resolve customer issues related to the configuration and/or use of products
• Maintaining in-depth, current working and conceptual knowledge of the product families, including but not limited to, software application packages, operating system levels, hardware and supported equipment.
• Keeping track of and analyzing queries
• Striving to improve existing processes and procedures on a continuous basis
• Ensuring quick turnaround of order and query validation process
• Liaising with business customers and all the departments within the company.
• Proactively seeking feedback on ways to improve personal performance
Requirements:
• Complete fluency Dutch language + fluent English
• Able to effectively organize and manage time and workload
• Customer oriented attitude
• Have technical aptitude with an ability to explain technical concepts to a varied audience
• Have strong problem solving skills to diagnose and logically resolve customer problems using specific tools, knowledge sources, experience and good judgment
• Are proficient at basic troubleshooting of multiple computer operating systems
