Senior Insight Analyst - West Yorkshire - Up to £45k + Excellent Benefits

A leading Retail Organisation requires a Senior Insight Analyst to and develop customer insight and to communicate effectively across the business.

Reporting directly to the Insight director, the successful candidate will be part of a small team pulling on a broad range on internal and external data sources.

Key Responsibilities

*Develop models and innovative methods for analysing data to guide decision making across the business
*Help identify key areas to improve business performance and growth by providing strategic insight.
*Develop an understanding of the key drivers of customer behaviour through sales analysis, market research and other sources of information
*Manage agencies to provide pioneering insight to drive key decisions in trading, marketing and store development
*Help shape the data warehouse strategy to meet the needs of marketing within the business.

Key Skills and Experience

*SAS, SQL, SPSS, VB or Business objects programming experience
*Highly numerate
*Modelling Experience
*Ability to develop a good understanding of the business, ranging from sales, promotions, range, market share, pricing and
*Influential when presenting data/insight to senior management
