The Role

Continually evaluate and improve existing HR policies, procedures and practices in line with site requirements and changing legislation.
Provision of effective administrative support to the site function
Assisting the site recruitment and selection process (full life cycle)
Maintenance of starter and leaver information
Administration of employee transfers
