Job description:
* Check the Daily Sales Order Backlog.
* Identify shortages, delays in shipping.
* Prepare and Report the daily Backlog Status to the Business Area Product Ops Director.
* During the biweekly teleconference with Business Area Planning in the USA.
* Investigate questions coming from Order Admin's and or Sales and respond quickly.
* Analyze and Solve Warehouse Issues (Non-Fillables).
* Manual Inventory Transactions (Sub-inventory Transfers, Adjustments).
* Manually Process the Picking towards the Warehouse of the NON-EC Orders.
* As per available instruction using the correct VAT process for EU orders.
* Liaison with Purchasing group to get information on availability of products.
* Process approved (Manual) Credit Memo Requests in Oracle.
* Inform the customer on the status of the order (Sales Order Acknowledgement, by phone, email).
* Maintaining the customer sales order: Scheduling and rescheduling of Sales Orders, Reserving, Re-reserving of materials to Sales Orders.
