Company: Our client is one the largest global companies based in Ireland. They have been providing technologies solutions for more than a century and are based in 100+ countries across the world. Their core businesses are communications, automation and control, power, transportation, medical, and lighting. They have centred their European customer service centre in Cork (Ireland).
Role: As a 1st level IT support agent, you will tackle customer’s technical issues via E-mail and telephone. You will analyze and prioritize the need of clients in order to troubleshoot the emergencies and keep a high-level of service. In addition you will evaluate the level of intervention and escalate the client to different levels of technical support. Working with internal procedures to increase the efficiency of intervention and keep track of customer’s inquiries. Participate in internal training to be always up-to-date with the latest IT break-through. Additional projects as required.
Skills: To be considered for the position you will have to be native in the following languages: DUTCH with fluent English. Knowledge of Windows, Outlook and Lotus Notes in addition with general IT skills is required. You will have to follow company’s procedures on a day to day basis. Experience in IT support is an advantage. The ideal candidate will be customer oriented with an ability of problem solving in co-operation with the rest of the technical support team. Flexibility and commitment will make you the prefect applicant for this position.
