INSTALLATIONS COORDINATOR
Function
You are responsible for the installation & the project management of the AV Systems, following up with sub-contractors & clients.
You specify, design & install full AV systems in meeting/event rooms and control rooms including equipment such as LCD projectors, manual/electrical screens, audio, lighting, control systems and video conferencing systems.
You work closely with purchasing to specify needed equipment.
You develop solid relationships with suppliers; and implement contracts.
You keep up to date on technology changes, market changes, product developments, prices ...
You sit together with clients, identify their needs, propose solutions, establish quotes & follow up with the clients.
You report regularly on your activities, and keep notes on client systems.
Profile
Experience with construction (working knowledge of tools & test equipment, ability to work at heights)
Knowledge of distributors, switchers, cable management
Extensive knowledge of AV equipment and basics of electricity
Working knowledge of CAD Software
Attention for detail, ability to work in a systematic manner, punctual
Fluency in English and French, Dutch is a plus
Willingness to travel
