Executive Sous Chef required for a Hotel in Hurghada, Egypt

Two 4* hotels (under one management) are looking for the Executive Sous Chef for their property. The right candidate should have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
- Previous working experiences in Middle East/ Egypt of advantage
- Team player
- Hands on approach & coaching abilities
- Familiar with latest HACCAP standards
