Clinical TEAM Manager, Italy

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

*Reporting directly to the international Project Manager
*Manage projects in a timely manner and in adherence with appropriate regulations
*Regulatory and ethics submissions
*Manage and coordinate the CRAs teams
*Study tracking
*Providing coaching and mentoring
*Provides regular feedbacks

Requirements:

*Background in medicine, science or other relevant discipline and proven project management track record.
*3/4 years experience in Clinical Research in a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical company
*Good organizational skills with ability to work diligent, accurate and under pressure, alone or as part of a team
*Thorough knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA and relevant regulations for the conduct of international clinical trials.
*Curiosity and willingness to improve skill set (self training)
*Excellent communication skills
*Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken
