For our International client, based in the Amsterdam Region, we are currently looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their European team.


Job description


The role focuses on managing all the customer service activities for our business partners, OEM’s and retail customers, primarily for a specified region and depending on language skills for customers in other regions. The role requires an active cooperation with other departments in the Amsterdam branch.


Order Management for selected customers
Call Handling (inbound and outbound)
Handling of service and return requests as per defined processes
Reviewing current customer service processes and structures on cost and time effectiveness
Reporting
Supporting other departments when needed
Providing close cooperation with sales, logistics, supply chain Managers and finance
Providing active sales support to the field sales team


Candidate Profile

MUST BE NATIVE Norwegian OR Swedish OR Danish AND fluent English. Dutch is preferable
HBO degree or equivalent experience
System knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management
Key contact for selected customers and sales
Initiating and driving further efficiency improvements
Customer focused, people oriented, strong independent behavior
Strong commercial affinity
Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships (a team player)
Ability to work and perform under pressure
