The atmosphere can be tipified as everchanging, positive and hard working. The Customer Support department has a current headcount of 400 FTE, and supports end users and retailers:

End user support entails consumer contacts, offering assistance on a wide range of technical issues relating to use of the products, pre-sales advice and troubleshooting, along with some procedural assistance for after-sales logistics.
Retail support is about handling business to business contacts, assisting the retail partners with their customer's issues and their procedural requests. This involves developing good long-term relationships with the retailers and a good understanding of logistics processes.

Your profile:

- Native speaker of Danish and fluent in English (company language);
- Preparatory university (VWO) or intermediate vocational education (MBO) think & work level.
- Experience in customer service or support;
- Demonstrable affinity with TomTom products;
- Good verbal and written communications skills;
- Talent to maintain good relationships with customers.
- Available either fulltime or part-time (3-5 shifts per week).
