The Gold Strike is a 1,200 room gaming resort located in the small town of Tunica MS about 35 miles from Memphis TN. The property is owned and managed by the MGM Mirage company which is a Fortune 500 company and a leading hospitality employer.
Job Offered: Front of the house training with focus on service and learning to be effective waiters
Job Location: Candidates will work at the buffet restaurant the Chicago steakhouse.
About The Job: Very high pace job with very high volume in a casino environment, we are looking for very good looking female cocktail servers that are high energy, English speaking, pleasant outgoing and very energetic.

Visa: We will help the candidate arrange for a visa through an agency. We work with a J1 visa for 12 month. To qualify we need candidates that have at least 5 years experience in the hospitality industry or a post secondary degree with at least 1 year experience.
Rate of Pay / hours per week This is a tip credited position, candidate are guarantee at least $10.00 per hour worked. 150% for overtime which is more than 40 hours a week.
A good waitress at the casino can easily make $30,000-$40,000 per year in tips. A lot of it is cash.
Accommodation Offered: Hotel is providing living accommodation and transportation to and from the living quarters, meals at the hotel, cables, electricity and water plus 1 trip weekly to a shopping mall.
Uniform are provided and will be laundered.
Accommodation cost: Candidate will be charged $125.00 per pay period through payroll deduction; this includes apartment, Utilities, cable and transportation to and from the hotel.
