Welders Requirement
For Canada

Job Duties : Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications
Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments using processes such as.

Type : Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)
Gas metal arc welding (GMAW)
Flux-cored arc welding (FCAW)
Plasma arc welding (PAW)
Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
Oxy-acetylene welding (OAW)
Resistance welding & submerged arc welding (SAW)

Candidate : - Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment
Capabilities - Operate brazing and soldering equipment
- Operate metal shaping machines such as brakes, shears and other metal straightening and bending machines
- Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers

Job offer is only applicable for genuine skilled welders having minimum 3 to 5 years working experience, it is compulsory to produce copy of welding trade certificate of valid institute certificate. Upon Submission of full CV (resume), due diligence will be carried out by local Canadian consulate. There should not be any attempt to submit any altered or fake certificates candidates.

Our recruitment terms and conditions are as follows:-

Number of workers : One Hundred (100)

Job category : Skilled Welder

Age : 21 to 38 years of age

Contract period : Three (3) years

Basic Salary : Canadian $ 27 per hour (Excluding O.T.)

Working days : 6 days a week (off 1 day/week)

Working hours : 8 hours per day

Overtime : In accordance with the Canadian Labour Law

Working Compensation : In accordance with the Canadian Labour Law

Accommodation : Provided free by the employer with basic
Amenities

Sick Leave and Holidays : In accordance with the Canadian Labour Law

Air ticket : Air ticket shall be arranged by candidates, upon
completion of contract of employment, the
Employer shall provide the return ticket

Insurance : Provided by employer

Termination : The employer may terminate the services of the
due to any valid reasons with or without notice
at any given time if the employee is breaching the
contract.

Termination : The employer may terminate the services of the
employee without notice if the worker is found
breaching the contract of employment

Restrictions

a) That the Employee shall not change his employment during the contract period and shall not involve in any business activities.

b) That if the employee is found creating social problems and or engaged in any subversive or criminal activities, and then he shall be terminated with immediate effect and will be repatriated to India on his own expense.

c) The candidate will be immediately terminated if found that the person is involved in illegal and illicit activities, drugs or any other activity that violates the Laws of Canada.
We have also requirement of 90 nos General worker, but must hold labour work permit in Malaysia. Must work as a general worker for 3 years.
