Report to: Managing Director of Business Development
Board of Directors

Qualifications:

o Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
o Comfortable speaking in front of people
o Extraordinary internal and external customer service skills
o Demonstrate good teamwork and problem solving skills
o Able to function as part of a team
o Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet
o Ability to travel as required within the state and occasionally outside the state (including overnight travel)
o Excellent organization with attention to detail

Recommended (but not required: the following will increase a candidate’s desirability):
o Experience working with public schools (including, but not limited to teaching, training, or administrative experience)
o Bachelor’s Degree or higher
o Experience working in sales or marketing

Responsibilities:
o Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
o Provide complete communications with potential clients by contacting prospects using email, telephone, mailings, fax, and other appropriate means
o Sustain relationships with current and previous clients
o Some overnight travel will be required (SIESA will compensate for mileage or a rental car, fuel, and lodging)
o Provide support to clients
o Transform leads into prospects, prospects into clients, and clients into long-term partnerships
o Become knowledgeable of products, services, and information on parental involvement

Start Date: Open until filled

Salary and Benefits (upon Start Date)
o Paid travel expenses to include mileage or rental car, fuel, and lodging
o Paid on commission (10% of sales) with the potential for increased earnings based on exceeding sales quotas
o Bonuses based on longevity and productivity
o Earn up to $50,000/yr. or more in commission based on sales
