Role: Working as part of an International support team you will deal with German customers on a range of queries. You will be supporting and troubleshooting customer queries via phone, fax and email and will be responsible for answering and solving their questions regarding hardware, software and peripherals technology.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess native level German and fluent English. In addition candidates should possess at least 1 year helpdesk experience. He/ She will have a strong knowledge of business applications Windows XP, MS Office, Lotus Notes and good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
