* Manage day-to-day shipments from customers.
* Monitor and control shipments according to established procedures.
* Proactively intervene to prevent and/or communicate shipment problems.
* Respond, research and follow up customer requests.
* Maintain data integrity in the system.
* Assist during implementations of customers.
