My client collaborates with clients in industry and government in 60 countries to solve their most pressing challenges from strategy through implementation. Our more than 17'000 employees specialize in Commercial Services, Financial Services and Public Services, helping our clients through the challenges of changing organizational strategies, processes, structures and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be involved in leading work streams in complex/challenging projects, working on-site with functional and cross-functional client teams, and managing small teams to ensure high-quality project delivery while building strong relationships with client executives and middle managers.

You will contribute to developing/expanding our firm's market presence at our key accounts by identifying new opportunities where we could add value within our clients' organization. You will play a supporting role in market-focused activities, including the development of proposals and client presentations, as well as the development of innovative marketing materials.

In parallel, you will work in collaboration with BST colleagues across our Swiss practice, and with our colleagues in EMEA, to strengthen our solution offerings and their positioning in the marketplace.

Desired background:

Minimum 4-6 years experience, ideally combining industry experience with experience at a major management consulting firm
Experience in large scale business transformation projects, including relevant experience in at least 2 of the following areas of specialization :
o organizational & process re-design,
o corporate performance management,
o performance improvement,
o post-merger integration,
o business transformation,
o and/or business strategy
Established network of contacts at manager/executive level across several Switzerland-based companies in the process (or related) commercial services industry
Analytical approach, strategic thinking; a problem-solver with a sound financial / economic understanding
Project management skills and outstanding presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with clients' and internal teams alike
Written/spoken fluency in English and German; French is an asset
Willing and able to travel

Required Education:

* University degree or equivalent in related field (e.g. business, science, engineering, information systems)
* MBA or similar graduate degree highly desired
