Banking, Regulatory - Government, public, private

I am an MBA graduate from California in Finance. I have a BS in Finance and Real Estate. My work experience encompasses 7 years in bank regulation for the US government, among years of experience in private banking. The work is similar to an auditor/inspector for the banking industry. We license banks to operate in the States. My job skills include: analytical, independent or team oriented, good external communication to different levels of management, multi-tasking, critical thinking.
My personnal qualities include: good organization, open minded, eager to learn, enthusiastic, positive attitude. I am fluent in Bulgarian and English. Can read and write Russian.
I am currently residing in the US. Acceptable job would also include a diplomatic position form an international organization which requires me to either live in the US and travel to Bulgaria periodically OR to live in Bulgaria and travel back to the US or elsewhere.
