<b>Company description</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">International orientated producer and distributor of health products for the consumer market.</p><br /><br /><b>Job description</b><br /><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Processing orders and order changes in the system along with reviewing and checking orders (including credit worthiness) en order changes, to ensure an up to date and efficient order system which a coordinates with the external warehouse to ensure timely and efficient distribution</li><li><strong>Invoicing and Returns:</strong> Check the client list for appointments and sales agreements as well as implementation of the returns procedure, whilst ensuring the correct and timely sending of invoices and the completion of returns in the system. </li><li><strong>Customer Care:</strong> Ensure a true and accurate client list to be able to provide internal and external parties of correct information. Also maintaining the EDI settings to be able to provide automatic order fulfillment and invoicing. </li><li><strong>Customer Contact: </strong>Inform clients of any problems concerning orders and the handling of customer complaints, ensuring optimal client satisfaction.</li><li><strong>Warehousing & distribution: </strong>Keeping in contact with 3rd party logistic carriers to ensure transport of goods on time. <strong></strong></li></ul><img src="https://beheer.ingoedebanen.nl/views/justlanded/4ae0620b8ba3c/counter.gif" alt="" /><br /><br /><b>Requirements</b><br /><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>Minimum MBO+ or HBO level</li><li>2-5 years of Customer Service experience in an international FMCG-environment</li><li>Independent worker</li><li>Pro active</li><li>No 9 – 5 mentality </li><li>Fluent <strong>Dutch, French and English</strong></li><li>Experience in invoicing and debit/ credit processes</li><li>Experience in working with SAP/R3 is a pre </li></ul><br /><br /><b>Salary indication</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">Depending on education and experience between € 2.000,- and € 2.900,- gross a month.</p><br /><br /><b>Selection procedure</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply below.
