This includes call handling, key contact for selected customers and sales, specific projects. The role requires an active cooperation with other departments in the company.</p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"> </p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><strong>Duties & Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;">The position is responsible for:</p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"> </p><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>Call Handling (inbound and outbound)</li><li>Handling of service and return requests as per defined processes</li><li>Reviewing current Customer Service processes and structures on cost and time effectiveness</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Supporting other departments when needed</li><li>Providing close cooperation with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain Managers and Finance.</li><li>Providing active sales support to the field sales team</li><li>Complete assigned projects</li></ul><img src="https://beheer.ingoedebanen.nl/views/justlanded/4addb6e69553e/counter.gif" alt="" /><br /><br /><b>Requirements</b><br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><strong>Work Experience:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>System knowledge on Windows applications, ERP database (Oracle 11i) order management.</li><li>Initiating and driving further efficiency improvements</li></ul><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><strong> </strong></p><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><strong>Characteristics:</strong></p><ul style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:1em;"><li>Customer Focussed</li><li>People oriented</li><li>Strong independent behaviour</li><li>Strong commercial affinity</li><li>Strong communication skills, ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships, a team player</li><li>Ability to work and perform under pressure</li><li>Fluent English.
