Company description International company. Job description GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Sales Representative and Account Manager in maintaining and servicing accounts. Provide customer service by answering questions about basic products, provide routine pricing and availability quotes using established pricing data and price matrix, taking and entering orders. Make outgoing calls to conduct market research and promote sales to customers as directed. Resolve problems and assist customers with returns. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer incoming calls to sales group and provide appropriate service.Assist customers with product selection.Make outgoing calls to conduct market research and promote sales to customers as directed.Quote price and availability.Take and enter customer orders.Support distributor accounts by supplying product specifications, cross-referencing part numbers, or providing solutions for specific applications.Prepare quotations, letters, and proposals to assigned accounts.Check stock for customer orders.Follow up on customers' sales orders; expedite with Production and Shipping departments if necessary.Maintain a professional and pleasant report with customer.Communicate possible conflicts or problems to customer.Learn the company's most popular core products.Provide assistance to other sales groups as required.<img src="https://beheer.ingoedebanen.nl/views/justlanded/4addb343788f4/counter.gif" alt="" /> Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Speaking native German with a good knowledge of the English language.A Minimum of 1 year working experience.Pleasant and professional telephone manner.Good communication skills.Some sales or customer service backgroundFamiliarity with computers and general office machines Salary indication €2.000/month Selection procedure If you are interested in this vacancy, you can apply below.
